I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (Temporary). I believe that most mental health symptoms are your brain’s way of protecting you. At some point, you developed strategies to cope with overwhelming, stressful, or painful experiences. Those strategies helped you survive, but sometimes they stay long after they’re needed, and they begin to cause more harm than good. Therapy offers the opportunity to explore which patterns are still serving you and which ones are ready to be released.

I’m passionate about working with adults and couples and welcome clients from all walks of life. I often work with people navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, disordered eating, relationship distress, life transitions, and the complexities of parenting. I believe therapy is not just about treating symptoms. It is about creating space to hear your own voice, build self-trust, and experience the healing power of honest and compassionate connection.

I came to this work after years as a stay-at-home mom and after navigating a particularly difficult chapter in my early twenties. Both of those seasons gave me deep life experience and insight, which I bring into the therapy space. Once I found healing myself, I knew I wanted to help others reconnect with their inner wisdom and begin their own process of transformation.

I’m trained in EMDR I and II and am currently working toward EMDR certification through an EMDRIA-approved organization. I hold an Individual Clinical Trauma Specialist certification from the Arizona Trauma Institute. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and somatic tools that support nervous system regulation and emotional healing.
