Hi! I’m Halle, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am passionate about helping girls and young women move toward flourishing by creating a safe space where they feel seen, known, and supported. I draw on each client’s strengths, helping them uncover resilience, build healthy coping skills, and move forward with confidence. In my counseling work, I support preteens, teens, young adult women, and parents as they navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship issues, adoption, and family stress.
My approach is warm, relational and rooted in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), positive psychology, EMDR, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. I also offer faith-based counseling and am a certified Christian counselor for clients who want to integrate their faith into the healing process.

I provide a safe and encouraging space to process big emotions, explore identity, and build confidence. Whether you are facing anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, loneliness, or the pressure to meet everyone’s expectations, I can walk alongside you as you develop healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of who you are.
For Parents:
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially if your child is struggling in ways you can’t quite understand. I offer parent support to help you strengthen connection, understand behavior through the lens of attachment, and create a home environment where your child feels safe, seen, and supported. For Couples (Premarital Counseling):
I provide premarital counseling to equip couples with tools for communication, conflict resolution, emotional safety, and shared vision. Using the Prepare/Enrich program, we will build a strong foundation for marriage rooted in faith, understanding, and emotional connection.
