More about Fallon Graham

I work with adults, couples, and teens seeking help and healing for anxiety/depression, relational dynamics and conflict, loss + grief, relational + developmental trauma, work/life balance and transitions, codependency, esteem, and addiction recovery. I am trauma-informed and use an integrative, individualized, and collaborative approach that focuses on reparenting through healing from hardships in your story and reprocessing through EMDR methods. EMDR is an evidence-based approach that safely supports you in processing previous trauma/stressors and can help you to deepen self-confidence/ trust/ positive views of yourself and experience freedom from anxiety/depression/ other distressing emotions.

I am a AMFT receiving supervision from Tonya Robbins, LMFT- TN1368, and am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. My focus includes EMDR, Healing Our Core Issues, somatic, narrative, person-centered, CBT, EFT, and experiential therapy. My hobbies include hiking just about anywhere; traveling with my husband; reading fiction and self-help books; painting flowers and abstract images; singing; spending quality time with friends and family, loving on and caring for my two fur babies; and participating in 12-step/ recovery work. Recovery has changed my life and my deepest desire is to aid in that transformation for others.
