Hi, I’m Diana. I’m so glad you’re here.
At some point in life, most of us reach a place where our usual ways of coping are no longer enough for what we’re going through. If that’s where you find yourself, you are not alone. I’ve been there too, and I know how deeply it can impact everything—your relationships, your work, even your body. It was through the compassionate presence and attunement of a few very good therapists that I began to reconnect with myself, with God, and with others in ways that felt entirely new. Ultimately, the healing and freedom I experienced in my own therapy is what led me to this work, and I feel deeply passionate about helping others find that same sense of healing and possibility.
I bring a gentle, compassionate presence to every session. I’m a deep feeler and a question-asker, and I value listening with patience and heart. People often describe me as calming and safe, while also confident in guiding the work with clarity and intention.
As a therapist, I strongly believe that “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do.” — Brené Brown, and it would truly be an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
I’m especially passionate about supporting people through anxiety and depression while also helping them reconnect with the relationship between their mind and body. What we experience emotionally often lives in the body too, showing up as tightness, panic attacks, chronic pain, GI issues, and in many other subtle or not-so-subtle ways. Learning to gently notice and respond to these signals can become an important part of healing—and often, it’s in truly listening to them that they begin to soften.

I approach therapy with the belief that humans are highly adaptive. This means the patterns and symptoms that bring you to therapy often once served an important purpose—helping you cope, survive, or stay connected in difficult circumstances. In our work together, we slow down and meet these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating a sense of safety within the nervous system so meaningful, lasting change can unfold at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
I use a holistic, integrated approach tailored to your needs—including Pain Reprocessing Therapy, somatic-based therapies, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. This work not only supports nervous system regulation and reduces troubling symptoms, but also fosters deeper connection to yourself and others, helping you move toward a more wholehearted and fulfilling life.
We are wired for connection, and meaningful change tends to happen in spaces where we feel safe enough to be seen and supported. My deep hope is that you feel safe enough to bring your full self into the room—the parts you are proud of, along with the parts you sometimes try to hide. The ways you’ve learned to cope and protect yourself make sense, and healing is possible.
If you’d like to schedule a free 15-minute consultation or your first appointment, you can email me and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” — Maya Angelou
