I find a lot of meaning in helping people gather the pieces of their lives in ways that feel steady, intentional, and true to who they are. My hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, practice self-compassion, and reconnect with your own voice.
I work with both individuals and couples who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or weighed down by old stories—especially around communication, trauma, grief, life transitions, and identity. Together, we explore what’s getting in the way and begin reshaping your story through a lens of compassion, resilience, and possibility.
I believe every person’s journey is shaped by their unique place in the world. Because of that, I take a holistic approach that honors the physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual layers of your life. I’m especially drawn to supporting people who have experienced trauma, and I pay close attention to the mind-body connection as part of the healing process. I also love working with couples, helping them build relationships that feel like safe harbors—places where both partners can be seen, supported, and understood.

My training includes the Gottman Method (Level 1), Prepare/Enrich certification for premarital and engaged couples, and Somatic Attachment-Based EMDR for trauma work. I also draw from internal family systems, emotionally focused therapy, and narrative therapy to create a strengths-based, integrated experience.
Alongside my training, I bring patience, lived experience, and a steady sense of hope into the therapy room. My intention is that our work together helps you cultivate healthier relationships, deepen your connection with yourself, and feel more freedom to express who you truly are. Every part of you has value and deserves a place at the table. It’s an honor to offer a calming, supportive environment where you can explore what needs attention, healing, or change. Together, we can build a life that feels more grounded and whole.
I am a pre-licensed professional with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University and a BA in Psychology. When I’m not in the therapy space, you can usually find me with my family, tending my garden, hiking woodland trails, or curled up with my dogs.
