I have a decade of experience in counseling and the mental health field. I specialize in Autism, Neurodivergence, trauma, and spiritual abuse. I have training in complex trauma and the EMDR approach. I am also neurodivergent myself with Autistic family members, which allows me to have a unique understanding and appreciation for the neurodivergent experience.

I utilize a client-directed and eclectic approach, which allows me to treat a wide variety of issues and to customize treatment to an individual client’s unique needs and strengths. I am passionate about being alongside people in their journeys of healing and personal growth. I hold unconditional positive regard for each client in order to create a safe environment for clients to explore and learn. I believe that each person has a wonderful innate goodness and natural ability to transform, change, and let go of unhelpful behaviors and beliefs. I work with each client’s strengths and spirit to move toward a more authentic version of themself and improve their quality of life.

Personal Life: I’m a transplant from Texas, and I moved to Nashville in 2018. In my daily life I enjoy making artwork, creating new recipes, and hiking. I love trying out french fries at new restaurants and going to the movies with my partner. I’m also a very big fan of cats, particularly mine.
