At Cypress, we truly understand what it takes to be a creative—the long nights with emotional highs and lows, the frightening aspects of uncertain income, and the constant tug toward home life just as you crave the excitement of travel and performance. Whether you are on stage, behind the scenes, managing creative teams, or helping the team put all the creative pieces together, your mental health matters as much as your craft.
Creativity asks for vulnerability, which can be so hard to sustain when you are working in a world that makes your art into a product. Many artists and creatives we work with struggle with work-life balance, financial anxiety, creative burnout, pressure to perform, deep fears of failure, a loss of joy around the creative process, performance anxiety, and dual relationships of friendship and business colleagues that make boundaries complicated.

We help artists and creatives find stability by building tools to help with emotional regulation, creating sustainable routines that bring a rhythm into an unpredictable arena, and increasing a sense of self-awareness so that you are able to access your inner guide that allows your creativity to soar.
We want to help you reconnect to what gives your work and your art meaning. We help you rediscover your creative center—not as something to produce on demand, but as a living part of who you really are.
Cypress therapists understand the creative process and all of the pressures of the world of a creative. Our sessions are flexible, changing week to week to fit your varying schedule and are focused on helping you navigate the realities of your work. We offer in-person and telehealth sessions to support clients who frequently travel.
Our Cypress therapists work with people across the creative ecosystem—from singers to songwriters, producers to managers, visual artists and industry professionals. We want to help each person find emotional stability and build trust in themselves.
